Shipping

We will endeavour to have your orders on the courier within 24 hours, however, we are juggling a busy mum life too. We know how important your order is and will do our best to get it out to you in an acceptable time frame. Feel free to email us at hello@meminico.co.nz if you have any queries regarding shipments.

Return policy

Please email the team at Me, Mini & Co at hello@meminico.co.nz if you are unhappy with your items, or if they're damaged or defective. We will ensure that you obtain a refund of equal value (excluding shipping and handling charges), or an exchange for a different size. Please note that all sale items are final and can not be returned.

Return Process

You will need to return the goods to Me, Mini & Co. As soon as your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection and the next steps of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then the full amount (excluding shipping, afterpay and handling charges) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Faulty Goods

We will happily replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. In the case of an exchange for the same item we will do our best but we cannot guarantee stock availability. Please email us with pictures of the damage or defect at hello@meminico.co.nz 

Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange. No sale items can be returned.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on baby beanies, head bands and bibs for health reasons.

Return Instructions

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

1 - Email us at: hello@meminico.co.nz. In your email, please include:

2 - The reason you are returning the product(s); and

3 - Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order.

4 - Pack the product(s) into their original packaging including the original attached labels/swingtags in the case of clothing items.

5 - Address the package to Me, Mini & Co 317 Beach Road, Campbells Bay, Auckland 0630, New Zealand.

6 - Me, Mini and Co are not liable for the loss of any product being returned, we highly recommend that you return your goods using tracked shipping.

Please ensure your full name and original order number are included in the return parcel. Once your return is received, the item(s) will be checked to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined.
